Pentru UE, de exemplu, importurile de GNL sunt o modalitate de a-\u0219i diminua dependen\u021ba de gazele ruse\u0219ti. Pentru obiectivele climatice, reprezint\u0103 o solu\u021bie pentru un transport mai curat, care aduce \u00een aer cantit\u0103\u021bi mai reduse de dioxid de carbon \u0219i alte substan\u021be poluante.<\/p>\n<p>GNL este incolor, inodor, non-toxic, non-coroziv, aceste caracteristici fizice \u00eel fac mai versatil dec\u00e2t al\u021bi combustibili conven\u021bionali. Prin r\u0103cirea gazelor naturale la o temperatur\u0103 de -160\u00b0C se produce lichefierea. Astfel, gazele naturale \u00ee\u0219i reduc volumul de aproximativ 600 de ori comparativ cu volumul \u00een stare gazoas\u0103. <strong>Avantajul<\/strong>: pot fi stocate \u0219i transportate \u00een siguran\u021b\u0103 pe distan\u021be foarte lungi, cu un grad crescut de eficien\u021b\u0103 economic\u0103 \u0219i energetic\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Unit\u0103\u021bile de produc\u021bie consum\u0103, la r\u00e2ndul lor, gaz natural drept combustibil pentru procesul de lichefiere. Cantit\u0103\u021bile utilizate la nivel mondial sunt importante: aproximativ <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eia.gov\/todayinenergy\/detail.php?id=57261\">14% din materia prim\u0103 pentru GNL<\/a> este utilizat\u0103 \u00een procesul efectiv de lichefiere.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cum se transport\u0103 GNL?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dup\u0103 lichefiere, GNL ajunge \u00een unit\u0103\u021bile de transport. Cea mai mare parte din <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eia.gov\/energyexplained\/natural-gas\/liquefied-natural-gas.php#:~:text=LNG%20is%20also%20transported%20in,its%20gaseous%20state%2C%20or%20regasified.\">transportul de GNL<\/a> se face cu ajutorul unor vapoare de mari capacit\u0103\u021bi (tankers), cu dot\u0103ri pentru men\u021binerea GNL \u00een stare lichid\u0103. De aici, GNL fie este adus \u00een stare gazoas\u0103, adic\u0103 regazeificat, fie este utilizat ca atare. Dup\u0103 regazeifiere, gazul natural este transportat prin infrastructura de conducte \u0219i folosit \u00een modurile specifice.<\/p>\n<p>C\u00e2nd este utilizat ca atare, adic\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103 regazeificare, GNL are utiliz\u0103ri asem\u0103n\u0103toare cu cele ale gazului natural \u00een form\u0103 gazoas\u0103, dar cu anumite beneficii.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Generarea de curent electric<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>GNL poate fi utilizat \u00een centrale, ca o alternativ\u0103 puternic\u0103 la c\u0103rbune, cu emisii reduse. Importurile de GNL \u00eenseamn\u0103 stabilitatea \u0219i flexibilitate pentru sistemele electrice, inclusiv a celor care utilizeaz\u0103 cantit\u0103\u021bi crescute de energie din surse regenerabile.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Industry<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>GNL poate fi utilizat ca materie prim\u0103 la fabricarea de fertilizan\u021bi, plastic etc. \u0219i ca surs\u0103 de energie pentru diverse procese din industrie.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Transport<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Una dintre cele mai importante utiliz\u0103ri ale GNL este \u00een transport, \u00een special pentru transportul greu, comercial \u0219i cel naval. Cercet\u0103rile arat\u0103 c\u0103 utilizarea GNL \u00een transport \u00eenseamn\u0103 un transport mai curat din punctul de vedere al emisiilor de dioxid de carbon \u0219i nu numai:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Emisii de CO2 reduse cu 15%;<\/li>\n<li>Emisii de NO reduse cu 50% (oxizii de azot sunt un poluant important);<\/li>\n<li>Emisiile de particule grele reduse cu 99%;<\/li>\n<li>F\u0103r\u0103 emisii de sulf (aspect important pentru transportul naval).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Locuin\u021be<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>GNL\u00a0 poate fi folosit pentru consumul domestic (\u00eenc\u0103lzirea apei \u0219i a cl\u0103dirilor, g\u0103tit).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Un segment special: bioGNL<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>BioGNLeste o alternativ\u0103 la LNG, provenit\u0103 din surse regenerabile, cu performan\u021be \u0219i caracteristici comparabile. Dup\u0103 cum am ar\u0103tat \u0219i \u00eentr-un articol anterior, <a href=\"https:\/\/viitorulenergiei.ro\/en\/ne-place-bio-biometan-si-biognl\/\">bioGNL<\/a> \u00a0este un biocombustibil produs din biogaz, rezultat din tratarea de\u0219eurilor organice din gropi de gunoi, ape uzate sau firme agricole. Biogazul se dezvolt\u0103 atunci c\u00e2nd are loc digestia anaerob\u0103, materia biologic\u0103 se descompune \u0219i gazul este emis \u00een acest proces. Biogazul este colectat, purificat la calitatea gazului natural \u0219i lichefiat \u00een GNL.<\/p>\n<p>BioGNL este un domeniu de interes pentru \u021b\u0103rile UE, de exemplu Germania, Italia, Fran\u021ba, Germania are o re\u021bea important\u0103 de distribu\u021bie, dar \u0219i unit\u0103\u021bi de produc\u021bie. Cea mai mare a fost inaugurat\u0103 recent, <a href=\"https:\/\/lngprime.com\/europe\/shell-launches-largest-bio-lng-plant-in-germany\/110159\/\">\u00een anul\u00a0 2024<\/a>, av\u00e2nd o capacitate de produc\u021bie\u00a0 ce acoper\u0103 necesarul anul de consum pentru 4000-5000 de camioane pe LNG. \u0218i Rom\u00e2nia este interesat\u0103 de produc\u021bia de bioLNG, un avantaj fiind disponibilitatea materiei prime.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>GNL \u00een Europa <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dup\u0103 invazia rus\u0103 a Ucrainei din februarie 2022, ponderea gazelor ruse\u0219ti \u00een totalul importurilor de energie din UE a sc\u0103zut <a href=\"https:\/\/energy.ec.europa.eu\/topics\/carbon-management-and-fossil-fuels\/liquefied-natural-gas_en#:~:text=Importance%20of%20LNG%20for%20the%20EU's%20security%20of%20supply,-The%20EU's%20gas&amp;text=About%2026%25%20of%20that%20gas,sectors%2C%20mainly%20for%20heating%20buildings.\">de la 41% \u00een 2021 la aproximativ 8% \u00een 2023<\/a>. Acesta a fost \u00eenlocuit \u00een principal cu GNL din SUA, \u00een propor\u021bie de 46%. Al\u021bi furnizori importan\u021bi au fost Norvegia (49% fa\u021b\u0103 de 30% \u00een 2021), Africa de Nord (19%) \u0219i Azerbaidjan (7%).<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen anul 2024, <a href=\"https:\/\/ieefa.org\/european-lng-tracker-september-2024-update#:~:text=Russia%20and%20Qatar.-,Russia%3A%20LNG%20infrastructure%20and%20trade%20with%20Europe,LNG%20imports%20during%20that%20time.\">cererea de gaz natural \u00een UE a sc\u0103zut<\/a>, printre factori num\u0103r\u00e2ndu-se vremea bl\u00e2nd\u0103 \u0219i cre\u0219terea produc\u021biei de energie regenerabil\u0103 \u0219i nuclear\u0103 \u00een prima jum\u0103tate a anului. Rom\u00e2nia este conectat\u0103 prin re\u021beaua BRUA \u0219i interconectorul Bulgaria-Grecia la terminalul GNL de la Alexandroupolis, de unde ar putea s\u0103 se alimenteze cu gaz natural lichefiat.<\/p>\n<p>As regards <strong>comercializarea<\/strong>, primii pa\u0219i au fost f\u0103cu\u021bi: Vulcangas Rom\u00e2nia, o subsidiar\u0103 a Societ\u00e0 Italiana Gas Liquidi Spa \u2013 Grupul Vulcan, a inaugurat la finalul anului 2024 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.economica.net\/s-a-deschis-prima-statie-lng-si-biolng-din-romania-in-judetul-arad_787604.html\">prima sta\u021bie de alimentare din Rom\u00e2nia cu gaz natural lichefiat GNL ) \u0219i bioGNLla Pecica (jud.
