On March 13, the first edition of this year's Viitorul Energiei. Your future, through which the Energy Employers' Federation wants to bring face to face specialists from the energy sector and students in order to facilitate, in the future, the exchange of generation in energy.

First edition - FPE specialists speak to students at Ovidius University of Constanta

This first edition of 2024 was an introduction to the energy sector: Raluca Covrig, Director of Public Affairs and Communication of the Energy Employers' Federation, presented to the young people both the activity of the FPE and the main pillars of the energy sector, important for the present and especially the future of the sector. This initiation into the diversity of Romania's energy and technology mix is welcome in the context of the dialogue with young people, as each of the 11 pillars represents a favorable environment for new careers and professional development.

Viitorul Energiei. Your future includes a series of workshops with students from the main universities in the country, from profiles compatible with the energy sector, in order to create a favorable and confident attitude of young people towards this field, but also towards professional activity in Romania.

Working with academia is key to training the next generation
